Advice about SubSIM

hi,

Does anybody have any idea about SubSim?how good is this software and what is its alternative??

I looked at a while ago because I thought I could use it to add other features such as waves patterns, ocean waves and acoustics.
For example,

Unfortunately, it is not easy to add your own physics to the code.
