I did not want to continue this discussion but, as I intend to be honest in all my activities, I have no choice but to recognize that you are right Sr.Alik: ISO relates design stress with ultimate tensile stress or compression stress of the material. I apologize for this error but not withdraw any of the other statements I have expressed in my previous posts.
