Fully or partially decked?

Can someone please help me. I cannot determine is my boat fully or partially decked?

L=19m
B=5.2m

It has only one master cabin.

Fully decked, but take care about the sill height at the entrance door (Companion way downstairs) which has to be at least 7,5 cm for design cat. B or 10 cm for design cat. A!
