Floating dock local strength calcalation

Who had designed a floating dock approved to Rina?
And who know how to check the local strength in accordance with the rules?other than direct calculation!

How big a floating dock are we talking about? A 24-foot segment for a runabout is very different from a 90-foot segment for a megayacht, which is again very different from a 500-foot segment for a cruise liner....

the length over 250m,use for repairing ship,i have upload the rules in this forum,thank you for your reply
