| Shipping a mold I have purchased a large mold for a 44 ft sport fisher that I need to ship to an overseas location. I am not sure how to go about doing this. It needs to go by sea of course, but what type of company will do this? Does the mold need a cradle or does it go in a container or ??? Anyone have any leads for shipping companies would be great. Also, if the mold needs any special preparation before being shipped??? Thanks Thomas Krane |

| The problems you have mentioned are only the tip of the iceberg. You also need to clear customs on both sides, tarriff's etc. You need to get in touch with a Freight Forwarder, or shipping agent. If you can't find any where you are to help with this, drop me a line. I don't have the # handy, but I do know of an agent here in New Orleans that deals with these issues globally.

| Shipping Moulds Firstly, you cannot containerise a 44' or so mould, secondly, if you require a quality answer, you better name man and horse. In any case, f.y.i. contact the following Company: Sevenstar Yacht Transports; www.info@sevenstar.nl or check their website www.sevenstar.nl They may able to help you Good Luck |
