32 skater mold 8 inches wider

This mold is very similar to a skater and a motion it is 33 feet long and 9'5 wide. The mold is in good shape but was widen after it was copied from the plug it needs to be retooled in tooling gel.I only have the hull mold but I have good Ideas for deck that will not brake the bank on money or time.
