Hit POST REPLY at the bottom of your screen, then look at the tool bar above the writing pad where the paper clip is (to the right of the white smilie) then browse through your files for the file names and hit UPLOAD.

Here is my own test of the method, a pic of an NS14 skiff from the land down under.
