| window replacement good morning; i am working on a 1982 campion with a hardtop. i have to replace 3 broken windows and can't seem to find any way of taking the frames apart other than lifting the hard top off. It seems odd that the manufacturer would make it this difficult. any advice before i start? |

That sounds like a lot of work! Are you anywhere you can get advice from a glazer. In the past, I have been stumped by how glass was mounted. Each time a pro had a way to replace the glass.I was amazed to learn the new auto glass is glued on & it is necessary to destroy the moulding for replacement. If your like me, there's "something" your not seeing or knowing there. Good luck.
