I guessing the bad guy running drugs have radar, and that a ship looking smaller and like just another boat on radar helps with the element of surprise.

Some of this may also be just "styling", after all US contractors and I assume US tax payer money is behind this, and a little bit of "sexy" helps sell the project to all.

There were some rumors of selling similar craft to the Iraqi's to patrol their own rivers (Tigris and Euphrates) in one of the links.

No, sorry,

only structural. Just welded profiles.


And please do us (or at least me) a favour, DO NOT POST SUCH LARGE PICTURES!!!!

I for example are mainly here on a mobile internet account! Every of your pictures costs me as much as we could drink in the time it loads!
