What is best material for pilot boat hull?

I wonder what is the best material for pilot boat hull ? Steel , GRP or alluminium.

All materials have a good and bad set of aspects that need to be considered. The yard you intend to have build the hull and the designer would be the best places to consult in regard to hull shell material choices, as there's no "best" material.
