uscg floodable length criteria

I've been searching the u.s.c.g. crf 46 for the criteria for floodable length. I've found a couple that maybe useful, but so far they seem to be wishy washy which makes me think that I'm not looking in the right spot. Unfortunately, I don't have the section #'s handy. What I'm looking for is some one who is famililar with the CRF's to point me to the correct section. I'm looking for the floodable length criteria for a 70' towing vessel.
Thank You.

70' may be too small for the standards, since there is a minimum length of damage and as a non-passanger vessel you're only required single compartment therefor floodable length may be a moot point. Look at the higher level requirements, I think there might be a cut-off at 110'.
