    Hi All,
I am hoping someone will be able to help me out in regards to the U.S. Coast Guard rulings.
A friend is looking at delivering a new 60ft cat to Florida as a pleasure vessel only.
Does the vessel need to be assessed against the U.S. Coast Guard Rules?
Also as I don't have the rules, is there a ruling in regards to the depth of the filler compared to the breather for fuel tanks?

Thanks in advance for any assistance and I look forward to your responses.

    Cheers,
    Cian

Web search www.uscgboating.org Then regulations , then boatbuilders hand book, root around in section you need. All the rules with some pictures of good and bad fuel systems are there. Easy to follow. Post back if a problem.
