Turning Radius

Hi,

Im trying to calculate the turning radius of a High speed craft, anybody know where these papers are available

"Prediction of Craft Turning Characteristics"
Marine Technology. Vol. 28 No. 1 January 1991. Pages 1-13. By Stephen B. Denny and Nadine Hubbie.

"Manueverability of High-Speed Power Boats"
Lewandowski, Edward
Power Boat Symposium 1993 2/9/1993

I have tried the SNAME website and have had no luck, any ideas?

Or any other good papers on calculating the turning radius of small aplning craft,

thanks,

Ben

You can contact the Davidson Lab. Try the head of the towing tank, Raju Datla at www.stevens.edu/cms

There may be some useful information in: Hydrodynamics of High Speed Marine Vehicles By Odd M Faltinsen ISBN 978-0-84568-7.
