The Trimax is not a new design, its been around for a few years but the company never seems to function properly. I've contacted them a few times over the yeasr to express interest but they always reply 'thanks but we're not ready yet'. Yes they've made prototypes but never got to the production stage. That design is probably 5-7 years old now but remains a dream.

You refering to the trimax 1050 that design is 5 years old yes.
but the trimax 1080 is a brand new design, and in production!

Trimax europe shipyard starded in 2008 and is producing the new trimax 1080.
the first trimax 1080 is expected this summer.

did you c the new website?

Thank you

Yes at this moment we are translating the site from dutch to English.
so please come back when it's done. in the next week..

it was not my intention to plug the new site but just to state
that the trimax 1080 is a folding trimaran (2.55 m)

i will start a new tread for the news for trimax if that's OK.

.
