| Tailgate design for a Sportfish boat I have an idea in my head for a tailgate in the transom of a sportfishing boat. Dive platforms are a nuisance when fishing...so a tailgate design would be nifty. On my design the bottom will kick-out with the top sliding down a rail. So, with a small step up, Grandma can walk right out the back onto the dock. Not to mention that would be helpful with the dinghy and or whopper catch o' the day. I did a quick Google search and could find nothing. Has anyone seen such a thing?? Tony in Sw FL |

| Oops...just found one. I guess it's Billy Joel's boat design. Doesn't look that strong...hard to tell. It must be very tough: http://www.chmarineyachts.com/ourboats.html |
