| SV Concordia Anyone have any information on the investigation? The ownership said it was tested for 110 degree angle, but it apparently went down after a 90 degree knockdown. |

| Her stability and her downflooding are two different issues. And that she may have been inclined ("tested") to show a point of vanishing stability at 110 degrees is also very different than heaving her down to that angle and seeing if she will rise. TSB Canada has anounced an investigation, but I would not expect a final report for a year or so. See http://www.tsb.gc.ca/eng/medias%2Dme...5Fm10f0003.asp and http://www.tsb.gc.ca/en/index.asp.
