strakes information

Doesn,t exist any table/comparation/information about experimental results of diferent strakes in planning hulls?
i´m trying to found real results.... thanks!
If it doesn´t exist why isn´t investigated in a towin tank?

I am aware of no public source of such data. Rules of thumb are one thing, but if you are after real, experimental tank data, you may have a hard time finding it.
These tests have been done, and are still being done, in great detail by some of the more wealthy power boat manufacturers. The results are generally considered trade secrets and are kept locked up, to be used for proprietary designs only.
I, too, would appreciate a public source of such test data if anyone has one....

There is a publication of the Davidson Laboratory concerning strakes carried out many years ago but the results are an increasing in resistance of 2/4 % abt.

I have tested models with and without strakes on planing hull but the problem is that the model and the strikes have not the same Reynold's number and as for all appendages (rudder, strut, palm, bossing, shaft) the measured resistance has to be scaled by 50% abt.
