Steel Monohull

Looking to build a 40ft houseboat. Does anybody know where I can purchase a set of off the shelf plans. Looking for a simple design, flat bottom mono hull built from steel, raised cabin for all around vision from helm with lower aft cabin space and outboard motors. Thanks for reading this thread all replies greatly appreciated. Richard.

Did not receive any replies from Max Carter Marine coud not open the email address due to internet problems.
Might be just as easy to build a steel crusier instead of houseboat. Can go out to sea if we get sick of the lake.
Looking at a Roberts WR40/42 with a WR38 cabin style.
Thanks for your input
Regards Richard

Max carters ph number is new Zealand area code I think it's

Macs ph number is nz area code then 094104942, he is my grandfather and would design a hull for you for next to nothing, which would exceed you brief and give you more bang for your buck.
