something special: IMO-rules

Dear Freinds,

I am looking for something special: IMO guidlines and requirements for pontoons....yes, you are right: not boats, just pontoons. But after searching the imo-website I am disapointed - it is not possible to find these rules.

Somewhere on the internet I found a page where it says that the rules have been published in 1983 - Doc. Number 348: 'impact stability for pontoons'

Please note: I am looking for them to order/buy - it does not have to be for free just because I am asking in the forum....I need them but impossible for me to find. Maybe I am not clever enough

And when you look at Circ. 348, it tells you that these were Interim regulations.
When you look further you'll find Circ. 503(1989) which gives you the "Intact stability requirements for Pontoons"

I guess you can order these at this page: https://www2.imo.org/b2c_imo/b2c/init.do

For structural regulations I assume you'll have to resort to a Classification Society (for example Lloyd's Register).
