| shock mount type of shock mount was to be selected for a console which weighs around 450kg. i have no idea where to start and the only information i have is the weight. any guidelines for selection of shock mounts? |

| I have seen this kind of mounts regularly used for electronic equipment but i have no idea about the selection of the mounts as i have very little information. i only have the weight. Is it very risky to select this kind of shock mounts without proper calculation? |

| thanks people. i actually contacted the shock mount supplier company and they could provide me the suitable shock mount with very little information given to them. |
