Ship motions and capsizing in astern seas

Anyone know where I can get hold of this report?
Chou, Oakley, Paulling, Van Slyke, Wood, Zink: “Ship motions and capsizing in astern seas”, Final Report for Department of Transportation; U.S. Coast Guard, Report No. CG-D-102-75, December, 1974.

Is this related to a specific sinking? Do you know the vessel's name?

NTSB reports go back that far, though you may have to order them. Failing that, call the Coast Guard museum in Seattle and they can probably help you.

A Bing search very quickly led to http://oai.dtic.mil/oai/oai?verb=get...fier=ADA012495

Followed the link to the NTIS website. Had to use the accession number from the page above in a search on the NTIS Database quick search page. That led to http://www.ntis.gov/search/product.aspx?ABBR=ADA012495

Thanks. I traced it to DTIC, but was hoping there might be an electronic copy around. I've ordered it from NTIS.
