| Seeking Design help near Boston I am a mechanical engineering student in Boston and I am starting a project to design a hull. I was wondering if any one knew of some naval architecture firms in the area that might be interested in offering some advice. I was hoping to sit down with someone and talk about the process of designing a boat and maybe pick up some best practices. The boat will be about 18' in length and have a variety of design constraints and operating conditions. Any firms, good books, or design software packages you know about would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Brent |
