Savitsky's papers

I'm looking for some pdf files of Savitsky's planing papers. Any of them would be good. Specifically, I'm looking for "Savitsky D. (1964), 'Hydrodynamic design of planing hulls', SNAME Transactions" Any help on this would be great!

I wonder what SNAME thinks about posting their papers on the web for free? Howza 'bout you guys downloading these pdfs give SNAME a call and make it legal? They're cheap ...and worth it.

thanks for the paper. Well "cheap" is relative and as a developing country citizen i familiar with the so called "cheap".
