Sail Drives

Does anybody know of a manufacturer of a sail type drive for a high horse power engine (300hp +)?? Pleanty of outdrives but I cannot find a sail type drive. Thanks much, Stan

You are getting into the realms of the Volvo IPS. 75 HP seems to br the maximum.
