Rudder force

Need someone to kindly help me to calculate turning moment of a TWIN-SCREW motor-ship with centre-line SINGLE rudder.
Conditions are:
Both engines ahead at same RPM.
Ship's speed = 10 knots.
Rudder angle = 35°.
Rudder type = Simple (rudder post on AP).
Rudder dims = 4,600 (H) x 3,850 (L) mm.
Distance of centre of pressure from fwd edge of rudder = 1,430 mm (as calculated by Joessel's formula).
Distance of ship's G from AP = 88 m.
Many thanks for help!
