Rowing Skiff kit

Hi! We are four guys from Sweden looking for a good rowing skiff that can take us through rough waters (i. e the baltic sea) Any good tips?

4 tyres of the tractor join together. it will be very comfortable and safety for your journey.

If you want a bigger boat for four persons you problably have to build it yourself
