I had no idea you could build a rotomold mold DIY -- I found the discussion more interesting than the original question But I guess we should be good and stay on your topic if you are sure you want to lounge around on some production boat instead of creating something neat yourself

To completely sidetrack this thread, if any of you guys have a good design and/or a market for roto-molted boats I have had some experience with a company that specializes in roto-molding and has gone above and beyond to assist me with my projects.
