Ro-Pax Main Dimensions

Help,

I am gathering main dimension (L, B, T, D, Displscement,Gross Tonnage, Passenger Capacitey, Power {Kw}, Service Speed, etc) information on Ro-Pax Ferries of 80m< L >200m
I need about 20 to 30 different vessels for my Uni Project. If anyone has this information or can guide me to it I would be very Greatful.
