    Did anyone known where I could found organization, university or institute which interested in research of boat / yacht hull ?

    Could you be more specific about your area of interest?

    Here is a list of design schools: http://www.boatdesign.net/search/Technical_Resources/Schools/ many of which have research programs at various levels and degrees of specialization.

    I think if you can give more information about the type of research you're interested in and also what involvement you want to have (for example as a beginning student, as a graduate student, as an outsider, to view the results, to link with companies involved with xyz, etc.) others will be able to give you much better leads.

    AeroMarine Research has done alot of research, design and testing with design, performance and stability of tunnel hulls, power catamarans and modified vee-hull designs.
