Refitting Project Need Your help and advise

I am going to buy an old stell heavy displacement yacht.

Build : 1964 Builder: De Bock & Mejster (Netherlands)

Dimension LOA 22 MT Beam 5,22 MT Draft 2,07

Twin engine

The boat need a complete refit inside with new interior design layout.

I need your help and advise from where to start, selection of the yards, design etcc..

Anybody willing to help me ?

No, hold on! I don't think it is Roparen's boat, it's just some pics I've found of what I believe is the same model.
