| Redesigning the" deadliest Catch' boats love the show but wouldnt a catameran hull be better to work on due to the increased roll resistance, larger increased floor area for traps, & lower center of gravity ? design on! |

| Absolutely not. While a catamaran hull is good for some things, this application is not it. Catamarans are weight and volume sensitive which is economically unviable for this fishery. Motions, slamming and structural loads would be excessive in the short cross seas of the GoA. |
