questions on sailboats !!!emergency!!!

hey, it is an emergency! i have to turn in essay tomorrow. im researching on density of boats. please help me with these questions:
1. what are two different kinds of sailboats?
2. what kind of material do u use to build them?
3. what is the density?how do u measure them, and know that they will floaT?
4. Are there any different floating on the sea and in a lake? wat r they?

I think Teacher needs to do some homework, too. "Density of Boats?" Density of which part of the boat?
