| Take a sailboard, cut it down the middle and you have two amas. A guy in CA built a tri this way, used a big sailboard for a main hull, split a smaller one for the amas and it worked pretty well. |

| haha check out the outrigger and proa thread over at woodenboat forum. I put a 2.5 horse ob on my wa'apa canoe it works wonderfully |
