Pros/Cons of buying a Stolkraft hull boat?

Thinking of purchasing a 45 foot Stolkraft hull designed boat. Its a houseboat with 16 foot beam and 2 foot draft with low hours produced by the Harbor Master firm in 1997. Any comments on sea worthiness, potential pitfalls or other issues would be much apreciated. I have done a search and there is precious little info on this hull design that morphs from a trimaran into a cat.
