Propeller material (Duraform--Plastic)

Hi there.
I am rapid protyping a propeller blade and hub as one part. I am wondering if the plastic Duraform will be strong enough to withstand the forces exerted on it in water. The propeller shaft will roatate at approx 220 rpm. Has anyone ever tried it?
Thanks
Andy c

Piranha Props makes a composite propeller for outboards. They are made of composite material with replaceable blades.

Sorry, I posted too quick! I tried them on some of our boats a while back because the coxswains were tearing up the aluminum ones and I didn't want to pay for stainless. I thought they worked pretty well. They flex some but I don't think you lose too much thrust. The blades are easy to replace and are (were) a lot cheaper than a whole prop.

What thrust is it going to have? How much blade surface? What is the section thickness? What is the root thickness?
