    thinning resin is done on hobby stuff as it makes it more runny. However using alcohol or acetone as a thinning agent cause porous surface. The thinner evaporated creating small holes as it exits.

    Got the plugs installed and another coat of glass laid today. Hopefully I'll be able to bully through it before the heat hits in FL.
    I scrapped the bottom piece that was thinned. (You can only trust some parts of the internet)
