Proboat Design Challenge 2 Entries

Does anyone know if it's ok to submit entries to the Proboat Design Challenge electronically? Seems silly to have to post a bunch of drawings 1/2 way round the world when you can do it so much quicker with the push of a button. I'd send them PDF's ideally....
I've emailed them several times but have had no response

Two days ago I emailed my question to Carl and got reply immediately...

I remember last year they asked for printed version, probably because they exhibit some entries on IBEX
