Pro Bono design work

I have a business plan that I have been shopping around with a pretty shotty design, but the plan revolves more around an idea. I have had a few people interested but I really need a more developed design. This could result in a paying job in the event that I can wrangle some money for the project. Also open to any other options available, including paying if the price is right. Looking for somebody with aluminum design experience with the ability to draw a more modern, military/patrol style boat around 55'. I know I'm going to be bombarded with verbal shrapnel, but what is the harm in asking, n'est pas?
