Pontoon boat convert to a Search/recovery vessel

I have a 24' pontoon boat that I an redecking and turning it into a search and recovery vessel for use in lakes/rivers. Looking for ideas and plans that anyone may have. I'd like a small pilot house or something of the sort on the back, the boat will have side imaging side scan sonar and a winch.

Put an A frame for lifting on the bow to counter the weight of the pilothouse and use the center of the boat for working deck.

What are you searching and recovering?
