pls help

Just got a boat and the ex owner does not have any of the boats manuals,
it's a Celebrity Cuddy Status 220 with a mercruiser 5.0 LX in it.
Celebrity has been out of bussines a couple years now and I can not find any info in the internet on this boat.
Any help will be appriciated.
Thanks.

Well, the 5-litre Merc is a pretty popular motor; try a Merc dealer for its books. The boat's systems are probably straightforward enough that you can figure them out by spending a day poking your head down hatches. Often the boat won't have a very useful manual anyway; the books for the head, pumps, hydraulics, electronics are useful though. You might track these down from the logos on the equipment, contacting their makers online. The electrical system's usually one of the big things that you'd want a book for; on this boat it shouldn't be extraordinarily tedious to sort out though as the wiring runs should be fairly logical. Good luck.
