    1. what will be the range of block coefficient for psv with x bow
    2. do we need to consider some special coefficient for x bow?
    3. the dead weight coefficient for psv is 0.56, is it same for x bow psv?

I think the block coefficient does not depend on whether the boat has an x bow or not.
In your 3rd question, what do you mean by "dead weight coefficient"?

    Dead weight coefficient= dead weight/displacement

Thanks for your reply sir! Do you know the range of Cb value for psv??

As far as I know, there is no such range of Cb. You should analyze boats with similar characteristics, with similar SOR, and copy their coefficients.
