Open 50 Crew numbers

Can anyone shed any light on the number of crew you would expect for an open 50 type racing yacht?

Heavy

We've been given a figure in the design case for crew and effects to be 700 kg. Not being a sailor I don't have much idea about it, but either someone likes their pies, or can't go anywhere without a full home entertainment system!
