Is NPL 3797 series suitable for 32 knot passenger catamaran monohull?

Need this info 4 my project..I wud ike to know if I could use the NPL series for designing the monohull of a 32 knot passenger catamaran monohull using waterjet propulsion. Are there any special implications of using this series?
