Non-disclosure agreement

I have planning to offered new concept design of yacht / boat to a company. Before I tell them the concept they are
agreed to sign Non-disclosure agreement, they want me to send the Non-disclosure agreement first for review.

Now the problem is I didn't known how to prepared the
Non-disclosure agreement. What should I do now. Did anyone could help me, please.

The book "Patent It Yourself" is widely available and has a sample non-disclosure agreement in the back, or if you go to the link above you'll see that the same publisher offers a whole book on the subject.
