Nickel plated Brass screws

What will be the best to use on Powder coated brass?
A Nickel plated brass screws
or
A brass screws?

Generally you use the same metal on the same metal, though brass is basically worthless in boatbuilding.

A common term in your neck of the woods is "naval brass" which is bronze and a good materal for boatbuilding.

Make sure you know what you have and it's abilities for a life on the water.
