| need a hull ok, this may sound kinda crazy, but ill give it a shot. lately iv been spendin a lot of time out on my friends boat, and found out he hasta turn it in. but its so much fun wake boarding. and since i dont have the money to buy a boat, i figure ill see what it takes to build one. i wanna build a jet drive with 2 motors, with hopefully 200-250 no more than 275 hp though . something to have fun in, and mostly for skiing and wake boarding. not too much time out in the choppy water, but like a 19 foot or so so i can get to some reefs. i figuree that should be sufficient. but first i wanna build a parts list and start wit prices. and rite now i need to start with the hull. i wanna do a hull that is already a jet drive hull, but doesnt need to have nething in it. just the hull, the less glassing the better and i dont wanna do too many mods but a hull thats already setup for 2 drives. i figure that everything else should be pretty easy since everything is kept towards the back (or aft if it sounds better) but ne info u guys have would help, once i find the hull ill start lookin for the engines |

| I suggest finding a basket case or just a must sell as opposed to trying to build one. Usually a boat is built because one can't be founs that fits your needs perfectly or simply for the love of building. To recap: you need to find boat plans and pay for them http://www.bateau.com/index.php then build it, then fid TWO water jet engines and install them. If money is your reason I suggest something like http://pages.ebay.com/catindex/boats.html find a boat with some damage, maybe it sunk, something where a good deal can be had. |

| Having 2 jet drive in a 19 foot hull is going to be hard for an amature. You might reconsider having a single i/o or an out board. Finding that type of empy hull in your are should be very easy. We are just up the road in Vero and know you can find that type of hull very easy. |

| Ok, Sorry these sketches are not as organised as some people's, but it is a 6 meter (roughly 20ft) wooden boat, single outboard which may just serve your purpose. If you want more information, or want to discuss it with me, e-mail me at Tim@MarineDesign.tk Cheers, Tim B.
