I am restoring a 1982 Wellcraft Bowrider 180 that was given to me by a friend after sitting outside for 5 years uncovered. The floor was completely rotted and pretty much all of the wood at the back of the boat was rotted as well. I have rebuilt everything except the engine cover which is giving me some problems. Anyone have any designs or know of any place designs such as these can be found. Any help would be greatly apprectated.

Why cannot you use the deminsions of the old cover? If Not, get some cardboard and tape and cut out a new mould. Then when your happy
    transfer the deminsions to plywood.

The old cover was pretty much completely rotted away. I found some pictures of it and will probably do as you say and make some cardboard patterns to make the new cover, which is what I did for the other pieces but they were quite a bit simpler.

    Thanks
