Need boat plans (please help)

Hi friends;

I am new here. I want to find free boat plans at internet. I know a man that makes good fiber and wood boat building in my city. so ı need a project to give him to build for me.

Please help me about this issue. Please give me free project links over internet.

My boat plan specifications:
It must be 9-13 meters long
it must be powered with diesel motor (no wind necesaary)
suitable for both fishing and travelling
there must be kitchen and wc
good stability and power at open water

tahat is all, please give me your suggestions about this issue how can I find both plans to build.
