I like the look. I can imagine a very nice set of lines that can be used from
16ft up to 25ft with very few changes.

For your strakes I would put two on each side, spaced evenly between the keel and the chine.

If it was mine, I would also include a pad on the bottom.

the forward portion of the strakes should point upward in your profile view they are pointing downward, there are different versions of lifting strakes out there, sometimes they are parallel to the constr. line sometimes they follow the chine contour but never pointing downward,I'm noty shure if this could affet the ride (the fwd portion of strakes shouldn't be in water at speed) but it shurely looks bad!

You could even omit the forward part of the strakes if you want to simplify the design.
As for spacing it looks ok by eye, there are some formulas that permit to be more "scientific" in strakes placement and sizing,2 strakes per side is a good choice.

Try to work with a better rhino resolution to obtain better defined shapes.

You are right about that i changed them, but i made them straight from the bottom point of view because of building difficulty since the boat is going to made from aluminium.
The front side of the strakes has to be out of the water this way when planing.

It looks great now. I would leave a little more room on the transom for the motor to move back and forth.

thank you, the engine i have to look at.

Most likely i put an outboard (150-200hp) on it but maybe it's going to be an inboard.

An inboard doesn't take as much space as an outboard (behind boat) and most likely the LCG would be better, but an outboard i think has a better power to weight ratio (at this size of boat) and would maybe be more fuel efficient and easyer to install.

any suggestions about propulsion are welcome.

The outboard would have the better power to weight ratio, but the I/O would probably be cheaper for the comparable horsepower.
