Modify Hull?? (new)

Hi
I have a 27ft aluminum pilot house built by Lifetimer and would like to upgrade my boat and stay with the same builder, he uses a delta pad design.
If he agreed to build me a 18 degree V out of this hull what is reality it would be a good offshore hull.
Can this be accomplished this easy??
Thanks
Ken

I guess I shouldn't have asked about a specific hull, I'll try again.
Do you think it is wise or doable to take a pad design and using all other elements of the hull build it in a deep V style.
When I look at the hull it is a 18 degree at the transome with the pad added.
